This short 1 hour program (with a further 30 mins of networking) is specifically designed to extend the goal setting skills of those who have attended UGM’s popular 1-day program, ‘Successful Goal Setting’. It is also a powerful introduction to the one day program for those who haven’t yet done it. Most people set worthwhile goals for themselves. But did you know that almost 80% of goal setting doesn’t work? In fact, quite often people set the same goals for themselves year after year because they don’t know how to make them stick. In the last five years, researchers have focused their attention on what goes wrong when people set goals and how to put this right. In this short session, you’ll learn three of the secrets successful goal setters use to change their lives for the better. You’ll be able to apply these immediately to a personal action plan.
