About the next Module - Leading Transformationally (Leading Change)

UGM Consulting is offering a modularised, public version of the Women in the C-Suite program, in association with our partners, Women on Boards. The next module, Leading Transformationally runs in Syndey on Thursday, 4th February, 2016. The focus is on sucessful change leadership. Given that some estimate up to 70% of change fails to deliver on expectations, this is a vital topic for C-suite leaders.

About the Women in the C-Suite modular program

Are you thinking of applying for an executive role in the next couple of years? Has it been suggested you prepare for a C-Suite role? Step forward confidently with our unique program, designed around the must-have C-role skills that research shows top recruiters are looking for. You’ll focus on influencing effectively, thinking strategically, leading change and working collaboratively. Making good decisions in complex contexts and developing an international mindset are also considered essential so these are woven through all modules.

Between each half-day module, use and integrate your newly acquired insights and practical tools immediately in your current role. Also, share your experiences and receive invaluable feedback and support from program colleagues. All-up, get ahead with confidence and demonstrate that you’re ready for that C-suite role.

In-house program, for your organisation

The 'Women in the C-Suite' program is also available in-house, to support your own Women in Leadership initiatives. The activities in modules can be customised to maximise alignment of training with your own organisational context. One major benefit is that particpants can actually be applying their learning to work they need to do in the organisation. This minimises concerns about time away from the business, which is limited to managable 1/2 day sessions anyway.
